In one of her former lives, Betty was a teacher and a mother. When she was on her way home from work she would begin thinking about what she would serve for dinner. After she decided what to serve, she began to wonder if she had all the ingredients or did she need to stop at the store to pick up something.
To be safe, she would stop at the store and run around grabbing a couple of items. She could usually get in the "express lane", but it still took an extra half an hour to get home.
She would imagine how great it would be if she could just swing by a drive through, be handed a shopping bag, and told you're preparing Chicken Parmesan tonight.
Once the kids were grown, it was time to make her dream come true - for others. Sue Sheff was born.
